If you’re looking for exceptional dental care in Fairfax, VA, I cannot recommend Dr. Alkishtaini and Dr. Koussa enough! My family has been visiting their office for years, and the care and attention we’ve received have always been second to none. My wife sees Dr. Alkishtaini, and I see Dr. Koussa, while my kids have had the privilege of being treated by both doctors. Each visit reinforces how truly amazing they are at their craft. They treat you with the same care and precision as if you were a member of their own family. Their professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail are unmatched. Both dentists are incredibly caring, efficient, and thorough. They take the time to answer all your questions, ensuring you feel informed and confident about any procedure. Not only are they experts at what they do, but they also have a gift for making patients feel comfortable and at ease. Appointments are always on time, and the office operates like a well-oiled machine—no delays, no unnecessary waiting. Yet, they never rush your care, always ensuring you feel at home and receive the highest quality treatment. A special shout-out to the front office receptionist, who always greets you w

This is absolutely one of the better dental offices I've ever been to and I have been to a good number of them across multiple states. Most remarkable is Dr. Alkishtaini's bed side manners, she is a true professional. Knowledgeable, caring, and attentive. During a cleaning appointment, I'm used to other dentist having the dental hygienist attend to you from start to finish and they only show up at the end to give you the all clear; however, my experience here was different. The dentist got to me from the beginning, examined my teeth, gum etc and initiated the cleaning and finally got the hygienist to finish up once she was confident all is well. I highly recommend this office!

I am lucky to work in the same building as this practice. My family and I have been coming here since they first opened. Dr.Koussa is kind, compassionate and very good with kids. Also very gentle- probably the most important quality in a dentist! I highly recommend.
